Where is the wedding taking place?

The wedding ceremony, dinner and reception will take place on Spencer’s parents’ property, “Nosa Vontade”, at 1444 Scott Road in Kemptville, Ontario.

What time should we arrive?

The ceremony begins at 3pm.  Please arrive around 2:30pm to find a seat.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be taking place outdoors, weather permitting.  Dinner and dancing will take place inside the tent.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is formal.  Colourful attire is encouraged!  Please be mindful of the fact that much of the wedding will take place on grass when choosing footwear.  

Can I bring my children?

Unless your child’s name is included on your invitation, we unfortunately cannot accommodate your child at the wedding due to capacity limitations.

How do I RSVP?

You will receive a mailed invitation in Spring 2026.  An RSVP code will be included with the invitation which will allow you to RSVP on our website.

Will dietary restrictions be accommodated?

Our meal will be buffet style.  Please let us know if you require a vegan option, as we want to ensure we have enough servings available.  If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions we should be aware of, please inform us when you RSVP on our website - there will be a prompt.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes, there will be an open bar serving beer and wine.

Will there be transportation available after the wedding?

Yes, there will be a shuttle bus at midnight which is available to drop guests off in the Kemptville and Ottawa areas.  If you plan to use the shuttle, please let us know in advance if you would like the bus to make a stop at your house!

Do you have a hotel room block reserved?

We have not reserved any hotel room blocks.  Please see our “accomodations” section on our website for options in the area.  Please contact us if you require any further assistance in securing accommodations.

Are you registered?

We will have a registry section on our wedding website available to view within the coming months.
